Saturday At The Movies! Budget Committee Edition.

Watch as Senator Conrad (D) North Dakota, admits that the Social Security taxes collected never in fact ended up in the lock box as promised by the politicians who established the fund. It instead was transferred to the general fund via a bond swap within governmental departments. The government's sale of bonds to the government in order to create a shell game of accounting so that the rest of us never fully realize the extent of our budget shortfalls is what got us into this mess. This is one practice which should be stopped immediately, and it is something the clowns in both political parties are guilty of.

Alan Barton, Terry Jones, and Yaron Brook discuss some of the recent topics with a perspective that is sometimes lacking from professional pundits. Of course, they actually have day jobs, and that fact alone makes an incredible difference.

In Obama's blame roulette, would anyone have thought it possible that plain old bad luck would have been on the wheel? That statement right there should be a symbol to anyone paying attention that this little boy President is in way over his head.
